Freshly dehydrated lemon powder and a delicious blend of herbs give GREEKING OUT the power to perk up chicken, fish, beef, pork and vegetables!
Ingredients: oregano, parsley, garlic, lemon, black pepper, dill, paprika
Spice things up: Marinate 1 lb of meat or veggies with 1 to 2 tablespoons of GREEKING OUT, 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of oil for at least 30 minutes
Make awesome greek burgers by adding 1 1/2 tablespoons in your ground beef or turkey and top the burgers with yummy toppings like tomatoes, olives, onions, roasted red pepper and feta
Use your marinated chicken to make grilled skewers (these can be baked too)
Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning
Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes, cut vegetables (like onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, peperoncinis, or tomatoes) into same size peices
Layer the meat and veggies on the skewers and grill or bake at 400° until chicken reaches 165° at the thickest part. Turn them so that each side gets browned. Should take about 20 minutes.
