HOLY MOLÉ (Instant Molé)

This savory and spicy  (first place award winning) molé is a family recipe that you can now partake in. If you have ever made molé from scratch,  you know that it is a labor of love. So, we wanted to share our love with you

You can use this delicious Molé spice blend to make the best molé sauce in about 4 minutes!

Or we have used it as a dry rub on chicken and steak to make delicious burritos,  tacos, tamales, tostadas, stews and more.

Get creative and have some fun with this rich, complex molé mix.

Ingredients: New Mexico Chile, dark chili powder, New Mexico chile de ristra, sesame seed, almond, tomato, pepitas, chipotle, onion, garlic, black pepper, cocoa, brown sugar, salt,  cinnamon, clove, allspice 

Make Molé Sauce in an instant: 

warm 2 table spoons of oil into a sauce pan on medium heat

add 4 tablespoons of instant molé and stir to incorporate for 1 minute 

Then slowly stir in 1 cup of water and allow to simmer until you achieve your desired consistency*

Get creative and enjoy this delicious Molé as a dry rub, or add it to soups, stews and other sauces.

*you can add less water if you would like a thicker sauce
